Public Notary Services

What Is a Public Notary?

A Public Notary, or Notary Public, is a senior legal practitioner appointed by the Supreme Court of Western Australia under the Public Notaries Act 1979 (WA). Notaries are authorised to authenticate, witness, and certify documents for use internationally. Their seal and signature are recognised globally, particularly under the Hague Apostille Convention, facilitating the acceptance of Australian documents abroad
